Michał Pieprzny – CEO Poland. Expert in customer value building in B2C and B2B markets. Prior to joining PAYBACK, Michał worked at McKinsey & Company, supporting company boards of multiple companies in Central and Eastern Europe. He also worked for Avon Cosmetics where he was co-responsible for the company’s strategy on 23 markets in Central and Eastern Europe.

He’s been the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection since 2020.
He started his career by participating in projects related to auditing financial statements of financial institutions.

Manager of AR-Labs, a startup that creates innovative and exciting AR (augmented reality) solutions for retailers and e-retailers. Previously COO at Sensi Labs software house, the co-creators of applications such as iTaxi and Booksy, Beata gained experience in sales and marketing by, among other things, managing the sponsorship department for renowned daily newspapers, “Rzeczpospolita” and “Gazety Giełdy Parkiet” as well as the monthly newspapers “Sukces” and “Bloomberg Businessweek Polska”. There, she was responsible for organizing dozens of conferences and debates with leading journalists in the financial, energy, insurance, logistics and real estate industries.  She was the co-founder of Newco Partners PR agency and what’s more, worked in diplomacy for 10 years at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Washington D.C. as well as in the Economic Division of the Polish Embassy in Montreal. She holds a degree in political science, has completed several marathons and participated in an international expedition to Siberia, where, along with her husband, she crossed the frozen Baikal Lake on a Ural motorbike in March 2018.

Aneta Gil took the position of Public Relations Leader in January 2020. As part of the Communication Department, she is responsible for media relations and coordinating the work of the IKEA Retail press office. Previously, in 2018, as the Country Customer Relations Manager, she was responsible for building and maintaining long-term and positive relationships with consumers in the multi-channel sales environment. The result of her work is, among others, a coherent and uniform product return policy in all sales channels or the creation of a country IKEA complaint policy.
She started working at IKEA in 2006 as Marketing Manager in the store in Katowice, where for six years, she was responsible for promoting the brand on the local market. For the next two years, as the Commercial Activity Manager, she took care of customers’ satisfaction and their repeated visits to the store, actively managing the range and IKEA offers. In 2014, she took the position of Customer Relations Manager.

Working in the field of modern technologies, artificial intelligence, management and creating new ventures from scratch – this has been his daily business for many years. As part of the Żabka Future Business Incubator he is responsible for the strategy of commercialization of the concept of autonomous stores, their economy and customer experience. In his career, he has worked with global clients on the transition to a technology platform-based economy, data-driven strategy development, and an omnichannel approach to customer service. He also knows exactly what business is from an entrepreneurial perspective – he founded, scaled and sold a software house specializing in analytics and Big Data.
Besides his work, his great passion is science. He loves to expand his knowledge and share it with his students at the Warsaw University of Technology, of which he is a lecturer. His hobby is traveling, preferably where there is good cuisine and wine. He is a fan of science fiction literature, from which he draws inspiration for the development of business and technology.

Sociologist, strategist, qualitative research expert, for 20 years she has been actively involved in creating and communicating brands. In the years 2003-2011 she lectured sociology and PR in practice at the Tischner European University in Krakow. She was the managing director of Eskadra Group and LOKATIVO agency. Since 2017 CEO of Omnisense agency , where based on Life Centered Design approach she designs customer experience solutions in Omnichannel perspective. She manages a team of researchers defining inspirational insights. She specializes in a business approach to brand and space management, especially for the Retail and HoReCa and FMCG industries.

Maciej Krzyczkowski took the position of communication leader at IKEA Industry AB in Sweden in April 2022. Previously, for 4 years he worked at IKEA Retail Polska, where as a public affairs manager he was responsible for regulatory affairs as well as cooperation and dialogue with the public sector in Poland.

He gained professional experience by working in the private sector as an environmental auditor and advisor and then in public administration in the structures of the Ministry of Environment in Poland.

Krzysztof Kośmider specializes in implementing projects for companies in the retail sector. He has over 20 years of experience in optimizing business processes and implementing IT solutions based on best business practices supported by latest technologies. He has extensive experience in IT transformation on both Polish and internation

Manager with many years of experience in the cosmetics, food and children’s categories. During his career, he was associated with companies such as: L’Oreal, Samsung, Danone-Nutricia, Unilever. Currently at Unilever, he is responsible for e-commerce sales and content in Poland and Eastern Europe. He builds a sales strategy and communication with the shopper in modern Internet channels: pure players, omnichannel, market place, e-grocery sales platforms.

Michał joined Lidl Polska in 2011 and he was named CFO in 2019. Prior to joining Lidl Michał worked in the assurance department at PwC office in Warsaw. Michał is a certified chartered accountant.

He has worked in the meat industry since 1996, and in the Goodvalley team since 2005. He has gained experience in various positions: both as a specialist in meat technology and as a person managing human teams. His experience and practical knowledge are complemented by his educational background – he graduated from the Food Technology Department at the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. He also completed MBA Executive studies at Poznań University of Economics and Georgia State University in Atlanta.
As CEO Goodvalley, he is responsible for the company’s operations. Due to his education and experience, he supports production areas, and due to his interests and acquired competences, he develops the company in the commercial sphere: sales and marketing. Over that time he was responsible for (i.a.) development & relationship management with strategic corporate clients, business teams’ management, development & implementation of the sectorial strategies (Food&Agri and TSL). He gained his experience in Rabobank Group, where he worked in Poland (Rabobank Polska and BGZ) and as well as in the Netherlands (bank’s HQs and Corporate Network). In the process of BNPP and Rabobank/BGZ merger was responsible for integration of the strategic and multinational corporate clients, and subsequently Michał became head of Large Corporates Department. He worked also in Corporate Division of Santander Bank, where was responsible for development of TSL sector strategy. Currently is responsible for Food&Agri sector strategy and growth for BNPP Group’s bank in CEE & Turkey. Michał graduated from Krakow University of Economics.

He has been working for Lidl Polska since 2001. He took up the position of the Logistics Director almost 10 years ago. He is a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics.

Marek Złakowski graduated from Economic Academy in Poznań in 1997 and completed International Management Programme Insead in 2008.

She has more than a dozen years of professional experience in such sectors as banking, cashless payments and loyalty programs, and also in the FMCG industry. During her career, she has held a number of directorial positions with companies including Raiffeisen Polbank (formerly Polbank), POLCARD, and Premium Club. Most recently she was the President of the Management Board of Paymax S.A., a company providing a solution which enables card acceptance via payment application installed on a phone / tablet and mPOS Paymax card reader.
